Brown lists the specimen as originating from "USA, Ohio, Wayne Co., Wooster, Insectory" in one instance, and states that "although there is no locality data on the type specimen, or in Kearfott's original description, Heinrich (1926) states that the type locality is Washington, D.C." in another. Also need to verify collector.
